The problem is about secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit high also intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
07177 Possible Causes:
07177 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 07177 Code
- Inspect all the connections steering angle signal, error message from steering angle sensor
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
