Diagnosing engine bar with injection pump, timing calibration not learned mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit and glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
07169 Possible Causes:
07169 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 07169 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
