The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control of valves pump / nozzle, short-circuit after pluses run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed kick down switch, error message from engine contr. also fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
07165 Possible Causes:
07165 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 07165 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle plate control 2, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
