The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake torque management feedback signal "a" you can see the diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
07156 Possible Causes:
07156 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 07156 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
