This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbocharger control module, faulty causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal high and 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
07144 Possible Causes:
07144 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07144 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pump 2 circuit, electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
