This code were stamped on VW Engine case reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground you can see the ng high pressure valve (n372), open circuit will delay your vw fault.
