This code were stamped on VW Engine case o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground also linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground is the final reason of the code.
