This something to do with the intake camshaft timing 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), high temperature you can see the linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+ will delay your vw fault.
