The problem is about butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544) errors in basic adjustment retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'g' secondary circuit, malfunction or exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
07097 Possible Causes:
07097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 07097 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
