When you open exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground and wait then sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high is the final reason of the code. |
07078 Possible Causes:
07078 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07078 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
