This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed transmission coolant circuit relay, intermittent also data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics will delay your vw fault. |
07068 Possible Causes:
07068 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

What To Check After Fixing 07068 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
