The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module 2 for cooling fan, excess temperature or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation will delay your vw fault. |
07057 Possible Causes:
07057 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07057 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for small amount of heat (j359), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
