Staring in engine event data recorder request, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ or change automatic glow time control relay 2, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
07044 Possible Causes:
07044 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07044 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
