07033 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relays for pump load air cooling (j536), short-circuit after pluses . On the other hand linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
07033 Possible Causes:
07033 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07033 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
