This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ecm/pcm power input, signal high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit low or fuel injection valve 3 (n368), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
07033 Possible Causes:
07033 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07033 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
