07005 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil cylinder 13, high circuit also hydraulic pressure sensor 2 too low is the final reason of the code. |
07005 Possible Causes:
07005 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 07005 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
