When you open engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, open circuit or change exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
07004 Possible Causes:
07004 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 07004 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, signal too slowly
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
