07001 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbocharger speed sensor, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak and glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
07001 Possible Causes:
07001 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07001 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
