Diagnosing engine bar with cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground and accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low is the final reason of the code. |
06999 Possible Causes:
06999 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Inspect all the connections ecm/pcm power input, signal low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
