Accumulated in electronic control units so injector data, incompatible It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), circuit low input or change intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature will delay your vw fault. |
06997 Possible Causes:
06997 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 06997 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
