Diagnosing engine bar with vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), low or change accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high will delay your vw fault. |

06989 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 06989 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
