When you open data bus powertrain, missing message from central electronics to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil 'l' primary control, circuit low you can see the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
06957 Possible Causes:
06957 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06957 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
