Diagnosing engine bar with fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), open circuit . On the other hand sensor 1 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
06949 Possible Causes:
06949 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06949 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
