Diagnosing engine bar with o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3, compensation wire pump current, open circuit or throttle actuator control motor, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
06948 Possible Causes:
06948 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06948 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit of electrical errors
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
