This something to do with the intake camshaft timing torque management feedback signal "a" it can suddenly lead to a significantly more starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit or change exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, electrical error is the final reason of the code. |
06944 Possible Causes:
06944 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06944 Code
- Inspect all the connections load signal stuck on
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
