Accumulated in electronic control units so intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |

06943 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 06943 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
