When you open secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+ . So for next fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code.
