This something to do with the intake camshaft timing data bus powertrain, implausible message of the awd control module mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor data-bus powertrain, missing message from fuel injection pump or change please check dtc memory of instrument cluster is the final reason of the code. |
06939 Possible Causes:
06939 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06939 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
