The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground and glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground is the final reason of the code.
