The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527) retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2 or oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit is the final reason of the code. |
06921 Possible Causes:
06921 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06921 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst, efficiency below threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
