This code were stamped on VW Engine case pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles please check dtc memory of brake system ecu . So for next turbocharger speed sensor, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
06917 Possible Causes:
06917 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06917 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
