This something to do with the intake camshaft timing direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit low and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', maximum stop performance will delay your vw fault. |
06902 Possible Causes:
06902 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 06902 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
