The problem is about data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering angle mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4, compensation wire pump current, open circuit also coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
06896 Possible Causes:
06896 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06896 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
