The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault radiator fan 2 (v177), difficulty of movement / blocked mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor charging system, voltage low you can see the coolant fan control module 2, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

06891 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
