This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reductant injection air pump control, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground . On the other hand please check dtc memory of transmission ecu is the final reason of the code. |
06872 Possible Causes:
06872 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 06872 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management request input signal a
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
