The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition switch run position, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake vehicle speed sensor 'b', range / performance or evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |

06865 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06865 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the abs control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
