The problem is about turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'f' secondary circuit, malfunction also relays for electrical fuel pump 2 (j49), interruption/short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |

06853 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 06853 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
