06841 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit intermittent and accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too low is the final reason of the code. |
06841 Possible Causes:
06841 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 06841 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'k' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
