This something to do with the intake camshaft timing 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground also o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

06828 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap position sensor (bank 1): implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
