This something to do with the intake camshaft timing outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting and control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |

06823 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 06823 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
