Diagnosing engine bar with internal control module: eeprom error causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system air leak between maf and throttle body you can see the cylinder 2 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
06822 Possible Causes:
06822 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 06822 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
