06817 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine transmission temperature control it can suddenly lead to a significantly more power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage and wait then 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
06817 Possible Causes:
06817 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06817 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
