The problem is about fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit low or change fuel pump, mechanical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
06815 Possible Causes:
06815 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 06815 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
