The problem is about vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation it can suddenly lead to a significantly more barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance or change nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1) will delay your vw fault. |
06801 Possible Causes:
06801 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06801 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission control unit relay, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
