Accumulated in electronic control units so ignition coil 'd' primary control, short to plus retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit low or evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
06778 Possible Causes:
06778 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 06778 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
