Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open and cylinder 1 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
06746 Possible Causes:
06746 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 06746 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
