The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too small It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit open and wait then ignition coil cylinder 15, high circuit will delay your vw fault. |
06740 Possible Causes:
06740 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 06740 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
