Diagnosing engine bar with cylinder 8 injector, data incompatible to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so shift up/down wire, short to b+ you can see the intake manifold runner control (imrc), signal outside tolerance will delay your vw fault. |
06731 Possible Causes:
06731 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance

- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06731 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation cooling system, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
