Diagnosing engine bar with nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1) causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+ you can see the intake air heater "a", circuit open is the final reason of the code. |
06705 Possible Causes:
06705 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 06705 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan (v7), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
