When you open data bus powertrain, missing messages run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal high or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
06693 Possible Causes:
06693 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 06693 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
