Diameter in engine fuel pump circuit, electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after mass or control module for coolant fan 3 fan activation, short circuit is the final reason of the code. |

06691 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 06691 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
