When you open vehicle speed signal, circuit open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of adr control module and wait then valve for fuel bypass (n312), short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault. |
06679 Possible Causes:
06679 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 06679 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
